The story of Royal Agro Industri begins in the heart of Indonesia’s coconut lands. For generations, farmers here have relied on coconuts, yet the world often saw this fruit as just a raw material.

We saw something else: resilience in the farmers and a chance to reimagine the coconut’s potential. From this perspective, Royal Agro Industri was created — not to replace tradition, but to amplify it by uniting our farmers with modern processing technologies to elevate Indonesia’s coconut heritage.

Today, we operate three strategically located factories with a combined production capacity of 700+ metric tons per day, exporting premium coconut and vanilla products to clients across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

Our Story

From Local Roots to Global Markets

It started with PT Dewa Agricoco Indonesia in 2020 — a modern coconut processing facility in Halmahera, North Maluku. What began as a single factory soon grew into something much larger.

By 2024, we were fully operational and supporting the local economy by empowering Halmahera’s farming communities. We strategically integrated PT Tri Mustika Cocominaesa (TMC), gaining decades of valuable industry expertise dating back to 1998. That same year, we entered the competitive Asian, African, and European markets.

In 2025, we expanded into Latin America and acquired PT Samuda Coco Indonesia in Central Kalimantan — establishing ourselves as one of Indonesia’s leading integrated coconut processing groups.

2020

The First Foundation

PT Dewa Agricoco Indonesia (DAI) was established, marking the start of a modern coconut processing facility in Halmahera, North Maluku, with desiccated coconut and biomass fuel from coconut husk as main products.

2024

Year of Growth

Became fully operational, empowering local farmers. Integrated PT Tri Mustika Cocominaesa (TMC) with decades of industry expertise dating back to 1998. Entered Asian, African, and European markets including China, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, Egypt, and Turkey.

2025

Global Integration

Entered the Latin American market with clients in Uruguay, Brazil, and Chile. Acquired PT Samuda Coco Indonesia (SCI) in Central Kalimantan, expanding capacity to fulfill growing global demands.
